Ok. I have been trying to lose 80 lbs, and I am still working on it.. Anyways I need some help. I need more cardio. Oh no you say not cardio!!..yes cardio. I am doing a good job watching what I eat and I lift weights 3x a week and ride my bike a mile everyday. But I am barely even losing a lb a week (which is sorta normal, although I wouldn't mind losing 2) I feel like I could be pushing myself harder and faster. Well I have been researching some DVDs and I have found one called Billy Blanks Tae-bo Cardio. It seems pretty good. I was wanting to know if yall knew any good cardio DVDs or if you actually have this one and know if it is good or not. I am sorta a beginner so I cant have anything to heavy.
BTW please dont just answer this for the sake of getting points, I have seen some ppls answers to questions and they seemed totally pointless...
