I have yes. It's quite an experience, but in all honesty, my husband and I felt lost and alone there. It was weird, every service we attended we did not know anyone sitting anywhere near us, and even our Sunday School class had over 50 people in it.
I like a smaller church, one with just a few thousand perhaps, total membership. Tiny churches have such a hard time financially and can't offer the various programs, but a good sized church with several thousand can.
Just my opinion though, everyone likes a different form of worship I suppose :)

To the people who don't know what a megachurch is:
It's a church where they are large enough to have their own television programming their sermons, have over 2000 members daily for mass, and have multiple facilities for the church and they are freaking rich all the time....
I used to goto Frazer United Methodist Church in Montgomery, AL until I freaked everyone out with a nervous breakdown...and then they threw me out...

Well, my church has a membership of about 200, but I consider it a megachurch because God is mega-sized and He is moving in our church.
Whoo! We have people slain in the spirit and all every week.

A mega church is a business more than a church. All they care about is the money, not their parishioners or God. Get out of that hole and find a church that preaches about your god, not what your money will do for God. Don't believe me? Next time your in church, count how many times they say money and God. I bet money is mentioned more.

Yes, and I love it. There are just so many opportunities to get involved. We have numerous services, dozens of Sunday school classes, and more. I really like belonging to a big church.

No, the closest I come to that is a sunrise. Church is man-made. Not God.
