I'm in my early teens, and I understand that's its normal for girls my age to gain weight around the mid section. But I have more than all the girls. My legs are tone, and my face is really slim, I just have this huge stomach.
I walk everyday for around 30 min, and don't eat junk food ( mom doesn't buy it, and we never eat out ) I don't understand why it isn't going away. I do around 30 sit ups, 3 times a day, but still no results.
I know there is no such thing as spot reducing, but I really want all this belly fat to go away. I do everything right, yet it just sits there.
Any advice?
