Sometimes life throws things into your life that you have to deal with and when you get past them you become a stronger person.

All you need to do is take some time off, relax, think, and dream.
think about all of the good things in life and how you can make what you have the best it can be.

Sometimes life isn't about the big things...maybe it's about all the little things that happen, and making that count for all the bad stuff.

Poor thing. I understand.

Listen, it's okay to feel depressed and sad and lonely! It's very normal and natural and it's perfectly okay, It's the body, heart and soul's way of telling you that you're a person of character. If you didn't feel t his way, think about what that would be saying...... think about it............... it would be saying "I don't give a crap, I'll move onto someone else".

So just go with those feelings and ride it out. You will probably start to feel better in a few days. And just because you feel better doesn't mean that you've moved on, forgotten about this person or anything like that. It just means that your mind is learning to handle it through the experience itself and you will become wiser, stronger and more prepared for anyting the next time around.

Just chill and accept your feelings for right now. :)

if the girl didn't move you'll either start to become obsessed until you do something about whether she says yes or not or you'll make a prat of yourself (been there done that) so try to look on the positive side of her moving and that you can do anything without thinking 'i can see her later' or 'i wonder if i turn the corner I'll bump into her' you're free and single and go out and have a laugh, meet new people.
if u had asked her out and she said yes it wouldn't really stop her from moving and you'll be worse off.

Do stuff you like to try to get your mind off of her and attempt to move on. Try a very long and strenuous work out while listening to music, watch a movie, get a new hobby, I know that it is harder than it sounds, but you need to live life, get over her, and try to find a new person. If you are seriously depressed, or have chronic depression, go see a therapist.

Find out if you really like this girl. It might be a crush but if you can't stand it then you'll have to do something. If you are a teenager right now then forget about her. Trust me, she is not the one for you if you are still young right now. If you are older and you have the money then maybe you could find her. This is only if you know each other well. If you don't know her much and she doesn't know you, then please forget about her.

Its not easy to let someone go, i have had alot of experience, its hard at first but in time you will eventually forget the past, Plus you can always call, the person, and tell her how you feel about her, that would make you feel alot better! if you need to talk more, than just post on my site, seeya!~

Stop eating sugary foods and eat some protein and whole grain foods, veggies, etc.
Skip the soda pop and caffeine.
Start a hobby that you can lose yourself in for at least a half an hour every day.

Chill out, give yourself room to miss your girl... call her on the phone, maybe even have a long distance relationship with her. If all else fails, start meeting other girls, explore the 'other fish in the sea'.

Yes
But that's normal
In a day or two you will move on
it may be trite but
nothing gets you over the last one like the next one!
