if i were to try to loose weight i would start with eating veggies and fruit and exsercizeing every day for about 30 minutes.
yes the old school way but its the most effective!

i lost like 20 pounds in 2 months i start playing basketball everyday for 90 mins. Now not only i lost 20 pounds i got much better in basketball...

if your decrease to eat, you will have malnutrition.
let me suggest you:
just be relax every time
stop drink coffee
stop smoking
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes
eat many cucumbers
eat much green vegetables
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres water a day
do any sport 4-5 days a week
and you will be healthier.

I cut off a pound of flesh from my lovehandle region. This action was re-created in the movie SEVEN, although in the movie the guy was forced to do it by a homicidal killer. Also the guy died.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore
