I LOVED my VW cabriolet, but I got tired of the leaking and bought a honda. I just gave the VW to my brother, who drove it 3 hours to his house and called me to say how sunburned he was. I can say I DON'T miss those two factors of convertible ownership, but I DO miss the midnight rides to the beach with the top down, and the wind blowing!

Rather not, because of sun, but also because they are just too easily broken into and stolen. Happened twice to friend. Recovered stolen car last time and traded it in.

Wouldn't trade my convertible for anything but another convertible! If it gets too hot outside, I turn on the AC! :)

I have a number of automobiles, and if I had to do it all over
again, they would all be ragtops ! I used to think they were
nosier, and useless. But they hold their value better because
there are less of them around, and there is nothing
like dropping that top on a sunny day.
