Add more dill and mint to your diet, both suppress your hunger center of the brain slightly, but keep i within normal parameters. The essential oils of these plants are really good for this too, you can find them at https://www.youngliving.org/Gramora Also eat things like rice and breads that expand in your stomach, this gives the feeling of fullness more easily. Drink lots of water! Drinking carbonated drinks (such as diet sodas) during meals will help you to recognize when you're full, and some people say the smell of coffee controls hunger. Personally, I prefer to just drink the coffee.
