First, go out and pick some fresh strawberries ( or use some frozen from last summer like I do ) - put in blender with a whole banana, milk, a little honey to your liking. A little orange juice if you like. You can pretty much add whatever you'd like. Yogurt would be good. I usually add a few ice cubes so it's like a slushy consistency. Enjoy!

Freeze a sliced banana and about a cup of strawberries. Pour one cup of low fat or fat free milk in a blender along with the frozen fruit. I usually add a packet of artificial sweetner, but since you want it all natural ,you could add a few teaspoons of honey to it while it is mixing, otherwise it is kind of tart from the strawberries..It is really good, alot healthier than a milkshake

buy bananas on sale, peel and cut in half and freeze on cookie sheet-when frozen, place in large ziplock bag for future drinks.

1/2 cup soy milk (plain or vanilla, fat free or regular
1/2 cup fruit juice (pineapple, orange, peach, etc.)
5-6 strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup sweated ice (leave ice in bowl on counter for 10 minutes before adding to blender. It will "sweat" and blend better
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 scoop protien powder (optional)

place in blender on high until well blended

enjoy
