I'm not understanding the question perhaps, but if I am I believe you're indicating that you're growing up, but your parents are feeling as though you growing up is turning you from sweet little girl to monster woman?
If you're growing up, you need to sit down and talk open and honest with your parents. Being honest with your parents means they're likely to trust you when the time comes and they really need to be able to trust you. (Like when they want to go away and you want to remain home alone.) Being honest and open -- doing as they say for the most part and showing you're responsible for what you do will reflect positively on you.
Hope that makes sense: by the way I am not sure you want your parents thinking you're still a "sweet little girl", but rather a young lady growing up into a woman.

Show them that you are mature enough by taking care of some expence like if your parent bought you a cell phone and they are stuck paying the bill, get a job if you don't already have one and then offer to pay half the bill well if your a highschool student then offer some money, a fair amount each pay check.
Tell them that you are able to fully prepare your own food and wash your own clothes. Or just show them that you are maturity and responsiability. Do favors for them or take them out for dinner just becuase once in awhile.

Act grownup and they'll notice. Do chores w/o bring told, clean your room, take care of your stuff and follow the rules they make for you w/o whining. I promise they will notice the change and consider it a big strp toward maturity.
