I am an over weight woman who really wants to lose weigh and exercise. I have already started a lowfat low cal diet, but I just can't seem to find enough energy to exercise. How can I put a pep in my step without energy pills and drinks?

Here's what's funny about exercising... You have to do it to have the energy to do it. Start slow, and work up to your goal time over months. Just try doing ten minutes at a time. Lowfat and low cal can be tough to handle while doing an exercise program. Try eating fruit, oatmeal, or cereal a while before your workout. And keep in mind that you will feel better in a couple of weeks. Take it from some one who lost eighty pounds! Its a hard road, but worth all the bumps.

You will get pep and energy when you start exercising! Just go whether you want to or not and get started. I remember when I started all those years ago, I didn't want to do it, I just knew I had to. Pretty soon I started to feel better, both mentally and physically. Mentally because I was doing something about my weight, physically because I was sleeping better, not as stressed, and my clothes were getting looser! It's a decision at first, the sooner you get started the better you'll feel. I started out by walking every day.

there is no real easy answer , it's an energy that comes from within , like if you have a baby daughter in a car , and the car ignites in flames , you will become someone your not and save that child no matter what , a solid door locked , that will take a solid crow bar to undo , you will undo to save your child from death , from this hidden energy .
Keeping the same thought , if the car that suddenly burst into flames , containing your baby daughter in it , was 100 yards away , where exactly would you find the energy to run to save her , the same energy , is still within you , you just have to really decide , if you want to use it , basically .

go to bed at a decent hour, avoid alcohol and cigarettes, take a multivitamin daily, keep the same exercise time every day and make it part of your routine
