The wise spiritual man enters a conflict as mediator, without prejudgeing either side. First, he listens, then considers, then on the basis of the facts presented to him he discerns the truth. Upon that realized truth, he judges.
A spiritual man is judged by God Himself ... no other man's intellect can comprehend the spiritual man's heart or wisdoms better than God. Even the Judges will be judged.

We can judge thing that pertain to this life, judge matters in the church. In the future the saints that are in the body of Christ will judge angels. 1 Corinthians 6: 1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? 1 Corinthians 6: 2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? 1 Corinthians 6: 3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

This is really very simple. People who try to pervert the meaning of the scripture often cause confusion. That's what they are trying to do. We are to share the gospel with all.
We are not to judge anyone as unworthy to hear the gospel. Remember that is what a lot of the new testament is about: sharing the gospel.
We are to judge right from wrong. How else could we tell good from evil? Even someone who is doing evil deserves to hear the gospel. We all have done evil, and none of us is more or less loved by God. If you ask a dear friend for advice are you not asking them to help you judge what is better or what is worse. Remember, Satan is the father of lies.
he tries to confuse all of us.

Try to follow me here:
When someone says, for instance, "Homosexuality is wrong," he/she is not judging homosexuals.
He/she is not judging the person who engages in homosexuality.
He/she is simply saying that this particular behavior is wrong.
It's a simple concept, really -- one can see a certain behavior as morally illicit, without judging the people who engage in the behavior.
True, as Christians we shouldn't judge others -- but unfortunately, some people have twisted this concept into thinking that we Christians are supposed to accept and tolerate every BEHAVIOR out there.
And Jesus never meant His words about being nonjudgmental to be hijacked by those who would use those words to justify clearly hedonistic behavior.

1 Cor 5:11-13
11But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat.
12What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13God will judge those outside. "Expel the wicked man from among you."[a]
There are different kinds of judgement, no we are not to say "you are going to Hell" nor should we say "you are going to Heaven" thats God's call. We CAN judge, as Paul says, those inside the church who are immoral He tells us not to even eat with such people
1 Cor 5:11 But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat.
Be careful though, dont pass this kind of judgement if you yourself are immoral. Look at your own sins first before someone elses.

man has to have rules to govern himself; we can't hope that EVERYONE will follow the bible's teachings about judgement. given the rules/laws, it is agreeable that we judge others when they've committed a wrong and they must suffer the consequences of the rule/law they broke.
there's an old adage based on 1COR 4:3- "everything done in the dark comes to light". wrongdoers that thought they got away with something are caught everyday.
judge when its justifiable.

Is this Bible Quiz nite? Did I change sites? Oooops...guess not. Sorry...guess I'm so used to dishonest questions that I almost missed you! No, we shouldn't pass judgment...because the same standard we use to judge others will be applied to us. If we give grace and mercy, compassion and love, that's what we will receive as well.

When we are judging we are really comparing something to what we know or have experienced, trying to make a connection. When something doesn't fit we tend to have a negative response to it. It's what we do as humans. It relieves the anxiety of death. What is more important is what we decide to do after we make our judgements and the type of knowledge and experiences we have that can lead us to better judgement.

No one has the right to give judgment to any one's deeds, only an obligation to advice, if the person concerned might have forgotten the right path to follow especially if he is in the stage of confusion as to what he is going to do in facing problems. Giving them good thought in times of needs for them to realized and think twice what to do.
