I'm a worship leader at a church. And I'm pretty much the only one that plans the elements of the service. I need help with creativity. But we're not a huge mega-church that can do anything. I want simple, subtle, creative ideas that help keep people's interests. I need ideas for music, prayers, readings, etc. Please help.

Perhaps you should pray that God will lead you to ideas according to what He would have you to do. That's the best advice I have for you.
