Cut in half and spread with mayonnaise (thicker layer than you would butter, a little less than you would apply cream cheese). Sprinkle parmesean cheese on top and place under broiler or toaster oven until hot and melty. Very different than you would imagine. Definately worth trying.

Too bad I cant eat that stuff right now but let me tell you whats REALLY GOOD. (Damn working out diets...)
Onion Bagles or Garlic or ayy of them pretty much - Toasted with butter and the either bologna or hotdogs.

I toast it using just a dab of butter, then after I remove it from the toaster oven I spread on peanut butter, and above that I put apricot preserves! Ummmmmmmm! That'll keep your motor running all day!

I usually just have plain cream cheese, but traditionally in NY delis they serve 'em with cream cheese & lox (a very thinly sliced smoked salmon)!! It's to die for and I'd eat it more often, but it's expensive $~

veggie style cream cheese - toast the bagel first and the cream cheese will melt on it. Taste great!
