Here's what I would do: keep a journal and note how long this continues for, and whether it gets worse or better, and whether certain things seem to bring this one. If this continued for a couple weeks or so, or if it seems to be getting worse, I'd see a medical doctor about it. Anyway, that's just what I would do. I am not an expert or anything. Oh, by the way, certain foods and herbs can sometimes help with sleep. Sometimes for me not getting enough sleep can make me really feel weird in lots of ways. You can find out about sleep inducing herbs and foods on the Internet. Best wishes.

Talk to a professional about this. You could be experiencing the onset of depression. You have nothing to be embarrassed about either. So many people suffer from depression, especially women. When you go speak to a doctor be totally honest about your physical and mental problems. They have remarkable medications on the market now a days that will help you. They even have one now called Cimbalta* that treats the physical and mental aspects of depression. I haven't tried it but I have heard it is great. I am on Lexapro, which has worked wonders for me. There are little side effects and no weight gain and low risk of sexual side effects. There are alternatives to feeling like you do just go seek help and don't try to go through it alone. Good luck.

I would reccomend seeing a physician and getting a full physical before I attribute any of these symptoms to stress/hypochondriac.
