Irritant Dermatitis is not necessarily an STD. Irritant dermatitis is by definition a skin irritation. It can be caused by shaving, scratching, allergies, mites etc. My 5 month old daughter had it on her arm - It usually doesn't require any treatment, unless it lasts for more than a week. Keep cold compresses on it, not warm, as the warmth may increase the irritation. Another home remedy is to apply some olive oil to the affected area. Above all ... don't scratch!

I have atopic dermatitis which I've had for 40+ years. You have a form of contact dermatitis;shaving,or any kind of hair removal can irritate the skin. When the hairs grow back, they can become trapped under the skin and form little bumps. You can treat these ingrown hairs by gentle exfoliation with a loofah sponge, just don't rub too hard or too long, then apply over-the-counter Cortaid cream. There is also a product called Bikini Zone that treats this problem.

okay irritant or contact dermatitis is any acute skin inflammation caused by the direct action of various irritants on the surface of the skin or by contact with a substance to which an individual is allergic or sensitive,,,so knowing that when you shaved your pubic hair it gives you irritant bumps and when you have sex your partner rubs against those and that is what cause the irritation, so the only solution is to stop shaving your pubic hair with a razor,,,there is no significant alternative therapy indicated other than avoidance of the irritant

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/7XsVB
