Nah, I know right from wrong and most people do. Some however have what I like to call the Ostrich Syndrome where they go through life with there head buried in the sand. Now those folks are scary.
Knowledge is power the lack of knowledge is dangerous.
I am me and that's all that I can be. Hows that for truthful.

It is possible that one's life could be based upon lies and deception, if left to the person to base their life that way. However, the life given to me and all other living things is based upon love from our Creator. Each will make life what we will.

Yes, I really do know myself. I know my body as well as I know my emotions and values.

I am a living, breathing, emotional human being who is capeable of communicateing with others in humanity, of which I am a part. I am also capeable of appreciateing my life enough to not base it on lies.

I don't really understand your question -- "a truth about who you are?" I follow the Bible and believe in Christ and God because it works for me. I feel the communion between my spirit and His. I discover new truths and gain new insights when I prayerfully read His word. I have seen many answers to my prayers. I can see how He is working in my life. Even if I did end up being mistaken, following this path has made me a better person, I find fulfillment, and that is my truth.

I am an animal because I am multi­cellular, capable of locomotion, responsive to my environment and feed by consuming other organisms.

I am a a mammal because I have mammary glands, hair and I am "warm-blooded." My brain regulates endothermic and circulatory systems, including a four-chambered heart.

I am a primate because I have five fingers, a generalized dental pattern and a primitive body plan. I have opposing thumbs, forward-facing color binocular vision.

I am an ape because can walk upright and have no tail.

But most important, I am a human being.

I am a 23 year old man, who feels like he has lived for several decades of some days. I am a Christian, who like all have had a crisis of faith at one point in his life. I am also a person who feels that God is calling him to preach, despite having a fear of doing so (like many who would have been good ministers, but feared wrath of those treated ill by so-called ministers of all denominations, who molested children, demanded money from their flock, lied, belittled and were not Christians themselves.

I am a man who has loved others in his life. But of course love is not without its thorns. I have loved one person, but I do not know if she loves me anymore...despite the fact that I still do love a girl named Jennifer E. And truthfully, this is one point where I grow frustrated and angry for not knowing what God has in store for me...including my love life.

I am a person who has not acted like a Christian should sometimes, and knows that he should not have been that way. And I have asked for forgiveness from others, and from God.
I know that no one is a saint, whether or not he is a member of a congregation, a non-believer, or even a man of the cloth.

But most importantly, I know that I am ME. And that God loves me for who I am.

I'm Me.

You can't talk to the dead so you really don't know. It is about having faith and trust in God. The bible has been proven many time so you have no reason to doubt.
