My brother in law had a baby with this girl, but they never got married and even though he has to pay child support thru child support recovery, he never gets to see her, not even on Father's Day!!! HELP!!!

He HAS to get in front of a judge and get visitation set up. Your towns Prosecuting Attorney can give you free legal advice, and it sounds like your brother needs it. If the mother claims your bro is not the daddy, the judge can order a DNA test be done, it may be a good idea anyway. Good luck. I know this is heart breaking. Nana

He has to go to court... my brother-in-law is about to go through the samething, he and his Ex just ended things..make sure everything is in writing, every holiday, times, and yes even when it comes to claiming the baby on his taxes, they can do an everyother year claim for that(one year he claims the baby, the next she does), just because they were not married doesn't give him less rights, the rights are the same for a single never married father as they are for a married now single father!!!!

If child support is a court order, so is visitation. He needs to go file a contempt of court and have her brought into court. Keep hitting her with legal issues, all things you CAN do on your own, and soon she will give in.
