As a Christian I will state my opinions *clears throat*
Rev Phelps--- Should never be put in a Christian catagory. I wish no harm on him or his loved ones but I'd like to protest their funerals!
Jerry Falwell-- His college Liberty University is a very good academic college but I dont like him claiming all the worlds problems are because of gays. Cant respect a guy who claims "once saved always saved... all you need is to believe" one moment and then list everyone thats going to hell the next.
Pat Robertson-- I used to enjoy the 700 Club and still enjoy most of it except for the political BS. I USED to enjoy listening to him but now he's sounding like Jerry.
I have no problem with preaching morality but no one can say who is going to Hell but God. And you cant forget that Sodom and Gemorah were destroyed for their MANY sins, not only for homosexuality. This country as a whole is about as moral as both cities.

I've never heard of Fred Phelps. Pat Robinson means well, but I think he speaks before he thinks and ends up sucking on his toes later on. He's helping give Christians a bad name. I respect Jerry Falwell, but don't completely agree with everything he says/does. Christians are just like everyone else, they have their good days and bad days, good points and bad points, and they all can make mistakes.

Fred Phelps - Total piece of trash
The others aren't my favorites by any stretch...somewhat too intolerant. Not evil like Phelps though. He gets the prize.

I don't know who Fed Phelps is, but for the other two, like all Christians, they make mistakes, sin and often are confused.
So in general they don't represent all only a section

I think the majority would say that the minority of supposed representatives do not do us justice. I believe that Billy Graham was sincere, but other than Bill Graham or Mother Theresa, most are out for money and not God. Sadly!

We don't really care about what those conservative Christian rich bags have to say, because in the next breath they are telling you to write down their 1800 prayer line, which then they use to spam you for donations.
The only representative of Christianity that matters, is Christ.

we should ask President Chavez's opinion of Pat Robertson..
that said...I think these men are, in heart good people..but they are human beings..they are trying to get to heaven..but they are tripping up like everyone else as far as leading other souls to Christ...you just can't off a leader of a country on public tv..that is not going to help your ministry..
televangelists are good people motivated by money..not by God..he is in their thoughts...but money is in their hearts..
