Sad (sometimes) but very true, the partner sense of the Q. Yes.
Although, you can cancel the other out, hearts don't love the entire human body does- including the mind. There's the catch, you cancel the other "love" , or, emotion out, if you chose to. I said sometimes because many make the choice of loving more than one- even more than one with “all of the heart” as the saying goes.
Another instance is:
A child for instance can I love him with everything in me, YES, can I also love my partner in the same way-well.. yes and no. There are conditions, different levels of this thing we humans call "love", but with a child of your own, no condition exists .

Not another girl/guy no. If all of your heart is devoted to one person...then what fraction of your heart do you figure can go to another. But it also depends, is this someone a crush...or someone you're engaged to? There are different types of situations and scenarios to this question so it can't fully be answered without more information.

When you have a child with the person that you love with all your heart, your heart grows to include the child.
If you are talking about romantic love, then I personally don't believe that you can love two people romantically without the love for the first being diminished.

there is room to love another butnot ever in the same way as u love that one special person u shouldnt love two people as the one u think is meant for u there should only be one

Love knows no bounds...but this falls into the category of faithfulness. You can love...but not be IN love with another. You love this person you are speaking of...but you love your parents too...but not the same way.
