In reality, do they go to heaven? If not, then why do we teach our children that they do, such as the disney movie, it's an acceptable movie by parents, and a lot of parents tell them that the dogs go to doggy heaven or heaven when a child asks why the dog died. So why teach our children that they do, just for them to find out that they don't?

No.. Once they die, there's no afterlife for them. Maybe it's bcoz parents think that dogs are man's bestfriend. Always following orders and stuff.. Therefore, they wants their child 2 behave like them. Follow orders and never defy. If only their child like them, the probability to follow their beloved dogs to heaven is higher..

We don't know the answer to that. I personally believe there will be animals there...they are just too wonderful and beautiful to not be a part of God's realm. Maybe the ones here are just a reflection of the beauty they will have there.

In case they were good dogs, they go to heaven. If they did bad deeds, they won't go there, obviously.
