Most definitely not. The level of competition in his division is so poor that the fighters he fought are nothing but bums of the month. Had he fought in the 80's, Leonard would've toyed with him, Hearns would've destroyed him and Duran would've killed him. Bulk up Pacquiao with 17 lbs. and he would beat Floyd anytime.

And you are right. I think the only 'good' fighter he beat was Diego Corrales. But at the time Corrales had some personal problems. He should fight De La Hoya. Oscar is going to kick his a**!!

I prefer Winky Wright. He's a great fighter, and his recent draw to Tarver was just another example of the judges robbing great fighters
