Freedom of speech can go too far when speech becomes slander, libel, plagiarism, or treason. All of these are illegal in the United States.
As for freedom of religion, I am a stalwart Christian (United Methodist) and believe that Christianity is the correct way to believe, but I do not believe that people of other religions should be persecuted in any way because of their religious choices. Freedom of religion can, however, go too far when individuals or religious groups try to force their beliefs on others in ostentatiously unreal ways or preach on TV or radio with the sole purpose of receiving monetary donations.

Yes...anytime it endangers peoples lives. For example:

Yelling fire in a crowed movie theater.

However, I think you are referring to the Times story about the Swift bank.

This is a good use of the freedom of speech. Some will argue that this puts people's lives in danger. But this is largely a scare tactic. The truth is that the editors at the Times released this story only after they did research. It turns out that there were many stories that implied that this operation was already taking place.

More over the Swift Bank is a private business and to expect the terrorist not to know about it is stupid.

Dunno? Should we censor humanist freedoms and their right to say what they think? Should we stop the spread of goofy ten o'clock news casts that inflame and magnifiy the lame law suits of shallow individuals? Should we censure the gay and lesbian manefestos that pervade our political systems with social reforms...while trying to tell the public that their reasons have nothing to do with their sexuality...but there is no other binding factor in their party?
So, what part of censure should we begin with?
To stifle one section is the begining of the end for all.
This country was founded on those two concepts...but too far remains a perspective...and not a realization. A concept, but not a fact.
So, if you begin with those...then the others must, by precedence...follow suit and be censured also.

Yes
Speech goes to far when for example one slanders another person. The old , yelling fire in a burning theater( has that ever happened?)

According to jefferson religion would go to far if for example someone performed a human sacrifice.

freedom of the press goes to far when they intentionally mislead the public IMO

We have become a society that screams for freedom of religion and free speech.
Problem is we use that free speech to illustrate how much we DON'T practice the CHRISTIAN beliefs we supposedly hold dear.

Yes.

All of our rights and freedoms were based on a Christian foundation. It was pre-supposed that people would enjoy these freedoms within the confines of respecting and following God.
