I can't say for everyone, just me and my wife. I've been married to my awesome wife for 15 years now. We found that after several years of marriage, sex became rather routine. So, we felt like we needed to shake things up. We've tried a lot of different stuff, and eventually got around to "backdoor sex." We only do anal once in a great while, but we do both like it!
