try downloading another copy of the update.

I'm not sure what you're asking here...but I'm sure that the WindBlows wga spyware that MS has installed on everyone's machines to get critical updates has something to do with it!!!
Although I use XP I HATE Microsoft for what they're making everyone do to use their product...it's just not right... :-\
