I'm a nurse and I really can't understand why people don't talk to there doctors. This is a question you should have ask before you left the office, better yet,it should have been explained to you right after the procedure.

After Treatment
You willl need to rest at the clinic for about an hour. Medical staff will give you some eye drops and explain how to use them to clean your eye. You will also be given written instructions to take home and a clear shield to cover the treated eye for 24 hours after the operation. You will need a friend or carer to help you get home and also to bring you to your aftercare examinations.

I had both eyes done. Don't have a shower hit you in the eyes for a week. Don't rub your eyes. Keep soap away from your eyes. As well as hair color, shampoo, rinse. Wear sunglasses outside. Don't bend over and pick things up. Do aerobics each day so they will heal faster.
