Mormon church. when are you going to change the garments,?

The garments were once changed from long pants to shorter one. Are they going to change again to catch up with the times.

I was raised LDS. i had to cut off the "things" for my parents! and they are not just like boxers they are much longer. so i was wondering if anyone thinks they are going to change them again. My sister-in-law says she wishes they would because its hard to find cute clothes to wear over them......

I heard a rumour that they were going to issue wallet-sized cards with the garment symbols on them that LDS members could just carry around with them. Not eveyone in 3rd world countries can afford all those expensive garments. Anyway I'm sure it's just a rumour. But it IS true that the Mormon church eventually will change to catch up with the times just as it has done so many times before.

Since when is the point of wearing garments to cool? The phrophet has not said anything about changing the lengths.. so there is your answer..

The Church will change when God tells the Church to change, and not before. As always.

Probably not...there is no NEED to be shorter..they are very much like boxers and they are appropriate for their needs..

I don't know why this interests non-mormons so much...it is just symbolism for when Adam and Eve used leaves to cover their nakedness..that is all..they protect our nakedness..no surprises or secrets...they are sacred to us because we receive them in the Temple...but.they protect us spiritually as well as physically..I don't know what you want more than this..
