There are a lot of contradictions in the Bible. Kind of makes sense, considering that the four gospels were just four of dozens that were picked and chosen into one book. So, with all those accounts and perspectives, that humans witnessed, there's bound to be some difference.

There is no contradiction.
The Ezek passage talks about king David ruling in a future time.
The Rom passage talks about faith being the key to being justified and no longer would keeping the law be the key for justification.
Two totally different things-not related at all.

Well the first is written under the Old Covenant where the law was seriously in affect.
Romans was a letter written by Paul, after the cross. At the cross was the end of the old world and the beginning of a new world. Law and sin were no more, and grace and peace were now in affect.
Christ is the end of the law......... Actually belief in Him was made a law too, so that was also covered. But Paul often referred to being saved from the law and sin mentality. But if you believed you were under grace, then you would be free from sin consciousness - from thinking you could gain favor from God with anything you do.

It would be my interpritation that Ezekiel is speaking of The Nation of Israel and Of David who united Israel...not of The Church.
The Romans verse that says "to every one that believeth" refers to those of Christs Church. Those of the Christian Faith, which are The Church of which Christ Jesus is The Head, are neither Justified nor Sanctified by the law that applied to the Nation of Israel.
as for any contradiction,,, I personaly do not see any reason to believe so.

First Christ is a descendant of David, but his greatness surpassed that of David.
Under Mosaic law, one was only righteous if he never broke the law. Under Christ we admit that we can never be righteous on our own because we all have sinned. We can only be righteous by God's grace offered to us through Christ. This forgiveness of our sins is available to all who believe.
No contradiction. Also please note that Ezekiel speaks of a messiah(Christ) 600 years before his coming.

why is the christ stuck in as a quote ,,isnt that out of context quote ,,,about the reign of the house and the king ship of david ,,,dont juggle verses to make a point like a bible lawyer,,, why not read all of it ,,,,and get the best out of it ,,and then either believe or not ,,, why lawyer up the word of God ,,,it doesnt need translating ,,,,its written so a child could understand and follow .,,. man thats deep ...the point of the laws and ordinances was to point out sin to the hebrews and to get them to acknowledge God with sacrifices to center their lives around God and the temple,,,, Jesus completed the yearly sacrifices of atonement ,,,and so putting the laws on the backs of christians after they have been saved by grace and redeemed by the Blood of gods perfect sacrifice ,,,is to make the gift of god null and the blood of christ void ,,,because they free us from the burden ,and the proofs of sin,,, the laws ,,,,,see its chains on a free mans choice your forging with these debates ,,,,read the whole arguments between the apostles on the law and the blood ,,,,in hebrews folks tried to make new christians become jews and sacrifice and circumcise ,,, an old dude

This is one of many..don't forget how many times this book has been translated and re-written by men..particularly of the Catholic persuasion...so many monks so little time..they were translated from Greek and Hebrew. Having learned 4 languages I can promise you that things are lost in translation..the strength of a word loses its power in another word..example..I AM GONNA SUE YOU..in Portuguese that means..I am going to process you...just not the same effect.. and it changes the meaning in English..but it has the same effect in Brasil. If I told someone in Portuguese that I was going to Process them..they'd be threatened..
there are plenty of contradictions which is why you need to have faith!

Just a hunch, the confusion is over the "end" right?
End can also mean summation, top or the best of something, not just the finishing of it. Christ in this sense is seen as the end (best possible example and fulfillment) of righteousness.

I see that you've already gained an answer of two Timothy 3:16. i'm fairly shocked that any instructor of the Scriptures would ask you in searching contradictions contained in the know God as we study from the above Scripture that the Bible had in straight forward words one author being the Lord Himself contained in the man of the Holy Spirit. The Lord would not make mistakes or contradictions and for anybody who isn't "born back" Scripture tells us that they could't parent the know God as"That this is carnal won't be able to parent that this is religious" possibly your instructor isn't born back him/herself. Born of water pertains to our actual start and born of the Spirit takes position even as the Holy Spirit enters into the hot believer for this reason it really is known because the "new start" God's be conscious also tells us that He won't be able to lie hence all of us comprehend that His be conscious is reality.
