You really can't --- a good nail file (used carefully) can get rid of a sharp edge..........and "Walmart" (probably other places) sell some stuff that will temp. "fill" a tooth... (sort of seal a bad place) you could "try" some of that... (it's like cement)... but I don't think you'll like the result if it's anywhere that shows..........and the "dentist" may frown that you even tried........

have the tooth pulled although thats perment its cheap and since eventualy you can get dentures then its actualy only temporary or just stick a piece of corn on it so it looks like its a whole tooth but with corn stuck too it.

Don't listen to 'heromedal'....................................!!
The idea of dentistry is to try to keep your natural teeth for as long as you can, pulling a front tooth is NOT a good IDEA...
Find a way to get dental insurance so that you can pay for them to fix it, that is the best way....or save up until you know that you have enough and just go in and have it fixed.........

they sell a kit at the drug store its in the same section as the anbesol and stuff it has like a filler and a pain killer
