The Statistical Abstract of the US is the first place I look for this stuff. In 2002, for people age 15-24, there were about 33,000 deaths. 15,000 were accidents, and 11,000 of those were motor vehicle accidents. 5,000 were homicide, 4,000 were suicide, 2,000 were cancer.
The CDC also keeps detailed mortality information. I don't have a quick ref for death rates outside the US.

I think that the leading cause of death among teens today is drunk driving or any driving done under the influenceof a drug or alcohol.

I would have to say, being a teenager myself, stressing over things so much that you would want to commit suicide. Drinking and driving is another one, they're at that stage where they want to experiment with different things, and they're also at the age where it's almost legal to drink.
