In the short term, Jack Abramoff may have some time. Long term, he may be "tied up", so to speak.

Norman Minetta just resigned as Secretary of transportation. He should have some time on his hands, although you'll have to walk slow, as he is in his 70's.

Michael Brown, former FEMA director, should be available, unless there is some kind of emergency, in which case, he will disappear.

I could show you around for a fee. Be prepared for a lot of walking. It's $6.50 for a Metro day pass, and the length of the National Mall is 5 miles from beginning to end. There is a Tourmobile bus, but the view is better from the ground.
