Yes, but you will need an adaptor with a 50 amp plug and a 30 amp socket. You're only in trouble if the circuit is lighter than 30 amps.

Yes , as long as the Amperage capacity is equal to or exceeds your RV rating. The output rating is a maximum possible. The RV rating is maximum also, however the RV will only draw what it needs , the hookup cannot force more than used.The only time you might have a problem is if the RV uses more amperage than the connection delivers. For example trying to consume a full 30 amps from a 10 amp service.

Your RV has an incoming service that can draw up to 30 amps (there's probably a circuit breaker in there somewhere to prevent drawing more than 30 amps.) The camping site has electrical service that can provide up to 50 amps (that's 20 amps more than your RV is capable of drawing) so I would assume that you can safely do that.
