he's a detective at the office and at first i really didn't find him appealing in any way. but the more i hear him talk and see him, the more i find myself really drawn in and impressed. i am currently working in. i'm in my younger mid 20's and i think he is about 39ish, but looks much younger. i don't think he's married... should i pursue something or drop it??

Hmmmm~ sounds like hes somthing you might of never tasted.....or a challenge in some way
Try it-but make sure you have fun
and make sure hes not married~ most 30-40ish men are married or already divorced-which means possibly kids-which means if it does work out you ll be a step mom-ready for all that??

He's too old for you. I know, I know, love has no age....or something like that.

If you just want a fling, then do it. He'd probably love it. But then there is the awkwardness that follows as you see each other every day at work.

In the end he probably knows that you are too young for him too, although he might not let on until he has gotten his share (if you know what I mean).

If he's married, then don't do it. Remember that if it were your husband, would you want that to happen? Age, jobs, looks and anything else isn't the issue, it is the fact that he could be married. Ask him if he's married and if he isn't, the pursue it. It might be the relationship that is made to last!

Why not?!

The only question you should be asking of yourself is; "if it doesn't work out, will it make things awkward and/or difficult to continue working in the same office with him."

FRISK HIM FIRST. THEN find out if he carries a Glock or a Sig. If it's a Glock, RUN! If it's it Sig, wife and kids be damned, GO FOR IT!!!!

Actually, NEVER, and I MEAN NEVER EVER dip your pen in the company inkwell. Er,I mean, never let the company pen dip in your inkwell, oh heck, you know what I mean.

Forget it. When you are 40-ish he'll be 60-ish.....you'll be in your prime and you'll be pushing the old guy around in a wheel chair and sponge bathing him, spoon feeding him and getting his medications ready.

Not my idea of a good time.....

If you're REALLY interested in this guy

ASK HIM OUT!!

Come on, you're so young and free!! What have you got to lose? If you ask him out and he says yes YAY! If he says no, screw him but there's plenty of other guys out there! So my point is it never hurts to try.

Good luck!

Is he interested in you? If he is, don't let age be the ultimate deciding factor, esp if you like him! Go for it!
