he's a detective at the office and at first i really didn't find him appealing in any way. but the more i hear him talk and see him, the more i find myself really drawn in and impressed. i am currently working in. i'm in my mid twenties and i think he is about 39ish, but looks much younger. i don't think he's married... should i pursue something or drop it??

I have to agree with Dave. Who cares what others think?!? The only thing to consider is, if things wouldn't work out, how would it affect your working relationship.
