It's all about the dressings, and McDonalds had the best light dressings, including Newman's Own Light Basalmic Viniagrette-Yummmmm They also give a huge piece of sliced chicken on their grilled chicken salads. Filling, nutritious, low cal and low fat! - Just don't order a biggie fry too!

Wendy's has the best Mandarin Chicken... it's well worth the search. If you count Arby's as fast food, they have great salads.

Don Pablo's (an upscale tex/mex restaurant) had the best salad I ever had. Grilled chicken, with burnt corn, three cheeses, etc..
