A fire-engine (vodka & raspberry).
I don't know if you guys have it, they didn't in Canada. Simple drink which the bar person can't stuff up and tastes good any time of the night.

I used to be a BIIIG fan of Malibu Rum and pineapple juice... whatever you choose, tho, try to drink something mixed with a light juice (like pineapple). The juice will help keep you hydrated thruout the night and a watery juice like pineapple won't upset your stomach like orange juice might. (God knows, a few times of puking orange juice the next morning and you'll never want to drink it again... after a few heaves, it starts looking and feeling like orange juice concentrate.) Cheers!

Singapore Sling-but it's rare to find a bartender that knows how to make 'em anymore. If your bartender's a youngin, go for the Long Island Ice Tea.
