When I reached the age of 40 my sexual performance diminished, near object started moving away, i had to get glasses, what other biological challenges awaits a man in the plight of his life.

It only gets worse. You don't rebound from anything like you used to. You go to the doctor for a "preventive" physical and they violate you (prostate exam my... oh, that's not funny either). They put you on lipitor. Hernias. Hair loss. Ear hair. Fiber. But enough about me.

But the sexual performance decreasing? That's not normal. You just don't get any any more so you don't care.

And high school girls don't get you excited any more. That's probably the worst thing. You can't get past their stupidity.

I would say you are going through a normal progression. You have a lot of good years and enjoyment left. Although performance diminishes, desire sometimes makes up for it, the desire to please. Next might be short term memory loss, not big at first. You may remember things vividly 20 years ago but not a month ago. Excersize your mind and work on it till you remember, dont just accept it. You can fight against most symptoms of age, not all, and delay them. I found that when you grow older you learn to deal with each thing that is new to you and it's not that big of a deal. For instance, I dont eat nearly as much as I used to and I take a generic tagamet before supper, to stop heartburn. Probably not much help to you but it would take a long conversation to tell you everything that happens as I grew older.

One thing that will surely happen to you at the age of 40 and that will continue until the day you die is that your body will continue to make sperms, so don't worry about not having a baby at the age of 70...or a little more. But the girl has to be very young on less you want your child with a disease.

you are very lucky to not need glasses until 40. My vision started to deteriate when I was like 10. As for other stuff, I don't know why I even answered this, I'm only 18.

diabetes, heart disease, urinary flow problems, arthritis, erectile dysfunction, and your nose and ears keep growing larger and larger (or at least gravity is pulling them down, down, down)

but cheer up! they make drugs for all these problems now (except for the big ears & nose thing - but if that bugs you enough there's always plastic surgery)

hey, its better than the alternative (being 6 ft under) right??

Your testosterone levels will continue to drop, leading to loss of muscle tissue. The neurons in your brain will continue to die off and your mental reactions will slow. Eventually, your heart will be too weak to pump blood and you die :)

Your ears fall off, then your eyes rot away.

And oh, you take a crap and you don't know it.
