Try a smoothing shampoo, like one by Phyto or Frederic Fekkai. A smoothing serum, like John Frieda Frizz Ease or Terax Gloss will help, too. Or, you could try a styling cream, like Phyto Defiresant (sp?). Is your hair frizzing because it is dry? Try a weekly mask, like Ojon's. The products are almost all available at Sephora or sephora.com, except for the serums, which you can get at Target.
You probably don't want to hear this, because it costs big money, but the biggest difference will come from your dryer and brush. A T3 hairdryer, which uses crushed tourmaline to ionically dry the hair from the inside out, will give you the smoothest results, but those can cost over $200. Chi makes a ceramic hairdryer that blows hotter than Hades, essentially sealing off the hair follicle, melting it into shiny glory, and those run about $200, too. Can't afford the pricey hair dryers? Get a $20 ionic one from Target, with at least 1875 watts (more than 2000 watts would be better), and invest in some ceramic brushes, which are usually available at Beauty Brands, Beauty First, or Sally Beauty Supply. These will dry your hair from two directions, smoothing the hair into a gorgeous shine. For highest shine (if you've got enough patience) use natural, ultra stiff boar bristles to dry your hair. GORGEOUS!

I actually have a topic with frizz too. i exploit Aussie shampoo and Aussie 3 Minute Miracle on my hair. I dry it on warmth. Then each morning I spend about 40 5 minutes straightening it or maybe as I straighten it I srpay a thermal protector on my hair that still reduces frizz. So it takes distinct patience yet i imagine this is properly worth it.

Okay I have like major frizz which isn't helped by living in the south which is like humidity capital of the country. Anyways, try the dove anti-frizz stuff. I swear by it, it's the only thing I've found that really works. Also don't use too much conditioner.

Four words for you: GET A GREAT CONDITIONER! Hair frizzes because it doesn't have enough moisture, if you give it enough TLC and a good conditioner then it should look fine. I've tried most conditioners on the market and I've found two to work - Garneir Fruitis and Paul Mitchell. Good Luck!
