My sisters son was in a auto accident and is still in the hospital. He will be going to a rehab for awhile then home with his mom to tend to him round the clock. The problem is she has been with him and not working to pay her rent so she will be having to find a place when he get to come home. If there is anyone out there that can help her get a desent home for her and her son he will be in a wheel chair for at least a year or more. Please let me know.

I believe all counties have H.U.D. (Housing and Urban Developement) You fill out an application, when approved, you find a house, and if the landlord will accept payment from the government, the department of H.U.D. will inspect the house, (checking to see that it is properly insulated, electrical up to par, etc, etc, Then the government pays a large portion of the rent, and you pay, sometimes as little as $18.00 per month. They also allocate you so much to use for electricity, gas, etc. Best wishes. You should be able to get their number from the Department of Human Services in your area.

Tell your sister that she needs to go to her local Welfare office and tell them she needs help because she has a son that has been in a accident. Then she needs to go to her Local Area to see if they can help her. When I say your Local Area like Area 4 or 5 and they should be able to help your sister and her son. I hope this help you out and tell your sister that I will keep her and her son.
