If after a few weeks of doing that and no results you might consider seeing you family physician and requesting blood tests to check and see if your thyroid is under-active. If it is normal, you should be able to loose by my first suggestion. The caution I would suggest is to see your doctor and see if he/she thinks you are overweight.
