men will always flirt with you if they feel you like them, but it doesn´t mean they like you enough for going on a date.
change your strategic and stop pushing him. now and on ignore him and when he talks to you, tell him you´re busy with something very important and you´ll call him later, but don´t call him back. Make him think about you. Create a mystery veil around you so he´ll be very confused and looking for you.
Well, this only a tip. but may he respond better to you.

Some guys flirt because they are addicted to the ego high of doing it and having others flirt back. I would stay away from him. If he said no, don't give him the satisfaction of flirting back. You feed his ego, which is exactly what he wants with getting nothing of what you want in return.

Don't waste your time waiting around for this guy to go out with you--he won't because he seems like a guy that just wants to flirt with you. And if he finally decides to go out with you, it will only be for one thing. Don't sell yourself short!!!

just leave him alone(although it may be hard)- maybe it was best he said no. He's not worth it. Most guys flirt to boost their egos. He could actually have someone, and flirting is close to cheating without actually cheating. There are better men out there and be with someone who wants to be with you.

A lot of guys flirt with girls that they really show no interest in. Sometimes they do it to show off for girls so they will tell their friends. And the other popular reason is that they are trying to show off in front of their guy friends to look more macho and masculine.

i do the same...only because i like to take my ladies an a wild goose chase. It's all worth the journey in the end. I feel the intimacy in the relationship afterwards. So, just go along with it and at the same time you do the same. It makes it more interesting.

maybe hes not ready or maybe hes not as interestest as you think... there are a lot of guys out there who send weird vibes that make you think ways they arent really wanting you to in the end. maybe hes not your type of guy so dont really worry about it. at least you had the guts to ask him out... so move on and good luck on your search. remember there are alot of other guys out there!
