im basically breakin the week into three parts..... with set calories for each part.......mon and tues... 5000..... calories... wed/thur 5500 calories... and fri/sat/sun 9000 calores for an average of 2785 a day... but i break it up jus to make my life more intereting... and allow for some error...and treats... i routinely eat a balanced diet so thats no prob... i jus dont want to gain weight cause i worked so hard to loose it... now as a punishment if i go over... lets say i eat 3000 on mon then 2200 on tues... thats 200 over... i shal do 100 sit ups for every 10 cals over... because i think its like 1 min of sit ups burns 10 cals... i estimated around 100 a min ..jus to make it easier.. cause i already do 5000 a week.. so id add 2000 if i broke like before mentioned... i jus want to know what u all think of this ... and if it will make it easier to stay around 3000 cals a day.. which is what with my body and workout i consume,,, plus i want a six pack.. so the more sit ups wont hurt

As long as you are exercising regularly you should be able to eat as much as you like and maintain a healthy body, the key is in making healthy food choices. You can count calories if you like but I think its mostly a waste of time.

You should eat as much as your body tells you but slowly substitute healthier foods to your overall diet: especially fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Most Westerners already get plenty of protein so as long as you are getting protein already, focus on trimming the saturated fats from your diet and adding healthier alternatives. Some fats are really good for you like olive oil or avacodos so go for them too.

Eat whatever junk food you like from time to time too. You should enjoy your food but just make your habitual choices are healthier ones. Tastes are evolving all the time too so the more you eat healthier food the more you enjoy them.

you are consuming WAY to many calories to ever get ripped unless you are a professional athlete. depending on your height and metabolism you should not consume more than 2200 calories a day with a heavy workout. eating 5 - 6 small meals a day with protein shakes and supplements will help. alternate your workouts to different body parts a day. upper one day and lower the next working out 5 -6 days a week with a day off for your body to rest.
