Go to Kazy's (9256 Markville Dr, (972) 235-4831). They do wholesale for the sushi restaurants in town (like Blue Fish), but also sell to the public. They also have all the other necessary ingredients for sushi (rice, vinegar, gari, nori, chopsticks, plates, etc) and for cheaper than Central Market.
