There's no such thing. The vitamins are the fat-soluble A, D, E and K and the water-soluble B complex and ascorbic acid, or Vitamin C.
Anybody trying to tell you there's a new one is looking to sucker you out of your money, sonny!

Vitamin O is stablized oxygen for intake into the gastrointestinal tract. Supposedly, this contributes to the oxygen content in your blood stream, energizing your cells and allowing you to have more energy and fight disease. While the product likely works to increase oxygen in your body, there are no scientifically accepted claims of it's effectiveness to treat... anything. The oxygen balance in your blood stream is maintained by many different systems in your brain, lungs, tissue and blood for a good reason - the balance is needed to proper utilization of oxygen by cells and the transport of oxygen in places where it's needed. Altering the amount of oxygen is possible (high oxygen tension environments) but it causes considerable stress on the body, and even damage with prolonged exposure. It may work, but it certainly won't help.
