Go to your local post office. you can apply for a passport at many post offices around the country. Your passport photo can be taken at these post offices as well. The application form is available at post office and some public libraries.

for 16 and over: passport fee $67 execution fee $30

*Note: Fees must be paid separately. Passport fees are paid to the Department of State by check or money order. Execution fees are paid to USPS® in cash, money order, check, debit or credit card. Routine Services (Form DS-11)* Non-Refundable


Expedited Service - Add $60 for each application.

Go to the Trinidad Consulate in the State that you are in, I had mine renewed by mailing in the forms. Check online, I cannot remember the site right now but its worth a try to find it.
