The incense commanded in Torah was for use only in the Temple. To attempt to reproduce that mixture and burn it in a home or synagogue would be a MAJOR violation of Torah. Even reproducing that mixture of spices is forbidden. Any such attempt would be regarded as "theft" (stealing from the Temple in fact).

Therefore the answer is "no". However, there are probably some Jews who burn incense sticks in their home because they are old hippies.

The closest you would come to incense in modern Jewish practice is the smelling of the spices at Havdallah (the end of the Sabbath).
