Why not-we have plenty here to do the job. People need protection--fact-there is trouble there. And they will be wittinesses to everything.

Well Teresita,

Since the chinese have full control of the panama canal and some people haven't checked out the information on the North American Task Force on google or yahoo's search engine, building a temporary show of force at our southern border is just a front to keep Americans thinking there hope of security.
Checkout this website and see how the U.S, Canada, and Mexico one day will become one nation working hand in hand together as business partners as one big happy family, working towards the New World Order for peace and security.

Also checkout this website about the Super Highway that is being built from Mexico all the way up through the center of the U.S. all the way into Canada which maybe a certain amount of Americans don't know about. Here's the website:

It's just for show,George W Bush is trying to show congress and the american people that he's tough on illegals crossing the border, but it's all a farce, once elections are over and he gets his way with congress, which is amnesty for illegals, more illegals than ever will be crossing the border and Bush won't do a thing about it and he will recall the troops back with some lame excuse. The only way is if we keep pressuring congress not to give in to our spineless president and our treacherous senate

einstein, when you say,a few mexicans, are you talking about the 11 million that came across or the 11 million more that will try to cross.if it's just a few mexicans we're talking about, why don't you send them all one dollar each and see how much money you'll need, anyway good luck in guam, take some of these few million mexicans with you, this country will be very grateful

All american sam walton sold your asss out to china and you say nothing. ........
Migrant workers come in to work the same as they have been doing since the 50's with presidental approval and you want to put our military on the mexican border?
Well if americans are still stupid enough to waste your resources on a few mexicans, america really is stupid and even I thought more of americans than that.
Good luck your gonna need it!

The key thing to understand is that controls on immigration always exist to entrench state control over the population. This is true whether we are speaking of external controls on migration, or internal ones--such as in Tsarist and Soviet Russia, medieval France, Prussia and Japan, or “Communist” China up to 1978.

These controls come at the cost of economic growth and the welfare of the population. So the demand for free circulation of the world’s population is a powerful weapon in undermining the parasitic, oppressive state and moving to a universal democracy.

I think it's a good idea. It would be even better if they were armed and shot the illegal trespassers that crosses the border on sight. now that might take a lot of man power, so I think landmines would work much better. But I'm not totally heartless...I'd also put put the signs in Spanish 'you stepo here, you dieo here'. so they know this is not an entrance to our country.

I think that our government should patrol the border and send troops. People coming to this country legally is one thing, but there is no population control when illegal aliens come here no matter what nationality they are.

I think that if we are going to crack down on the illegal immigration problem we should watch both borders not just the southern because more illegals are coming over from the north.

I think that it's a big boondoggle of Bush's , a horrible waste of money, thousands of dollars while the infra-structure of this country go to hell.
The Bush administration uses trigger issues, God, terrorists, gays, terrorists, immigration, God, to keep the people at one anothers throats while he wreaks havoc in the world and at home. He will backpedal a bit for the Spanish vote, you'll see!

I'm all for it and it should have happened a long time ago, and they should be armed because some of the tresspassers are also armed and so they need to be able to defend themselves and the border.

They have to do it in order to send a message politically and also to help until the border patrol can get the 6,000 more officers trained and working.
