The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

It might take alittle bit longer than four days for the weight to not be noticeable or go away, it could be alittle. but not as much as you want. Jog or walk for like 20-30 minutes a day, eat less fats and drink alot of water and eat alot of vegetables and fruits (around 8 servings a day)

Losing that amount of weight in such a little amount of time really isn't healthy. It's also not practical. Under perfect conditions, you'd only lose about 50-70 lbs.
But if you want to slim down;
-If you don't already drink eight, try to drink two more glasses of water than you'd normaly drink each day.
-Walk for an hour, nonstop, each day
-Eat a large breakfast- which should include large amounts of; fruit, grain, vegetables.
-Find out what your BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) is, and try not to consume more calories than that, daily.
-Build muscle; 1 pound of muscle consumes 35-50 calories a day.
-Try not to eat unnatural snacks(chips/candy) that contain more that 5g of sugar/fat. And absolutely NO trans fat

south beach diet phase 1, its awful, but it works....no bread, U will see on the 4 day your guts is coming down fast...also drink some sauerkraut juice...in the grocery store

yah not possible. your face is that shape bc of ur bone structure. you have to do your hair to flatter your face and make ur best assets stand out with make up.
or u know...break the bones in ur face. that might be painful
