Yeast can cause a yellowing in the mouth...for this condition you will need an antibiotic mouthwash from the dr.
Sometimes babies can get this infection, so don't feel bad that you have it. It is not an STD or anything; it is just an imbalance of the yeast that lives naturally in the digestive tract.

A discoloration of the tongue is relatively common - brownish-yellow being the usual color. This could simply be a staining of the tongue from chronic coffee and/or tea drinking, in which case brushing the tongue with your toothbrush regularly will remove the stain. If the tongue is stained AND seems to resemble a hairy appearance, it could be an oral pathological condition called "Hairy Tongue". This too, is more common than you may think. The papilla of the tongue become stained and enlarged. This can be alleviated or improved by regular brushing of your tongue. You can also purchase a "tongue scraper" at most pharmacy departments. Bad breath and/or a bad taste in the mouth can certainly accompany either of these. The sore throat you are complaining of is most likely a conincidental finding with the tongue discoloration. That is, the sore throat probably has nothing to do with the tongue. During exercise, you are probably breathing alot through your mouth, which in turn dries tissues in the throat and tongue. This would likely make a sore throat more uncomfortable and perhaps more of a sour taste from your tongue, because of lack of saliva to wash away any foreign material. In summary, you are going to live. Brush your tongue and teeth. Rinse and garge with warm salt water to keep things clean. If the taste is realy grossing you out, then try a mouthwash and/or sugarless gum. As for the sore throat, give it a few days, drink lots of water, and see your doctor if it persists longer than you are comfortable with. Hope this helps, an online dentist

Buy a soft-bristle toothbrush and try using a bit of your toothpaste and the soft brush, brushing the surface of your tounge once a day.... you might want to visit a dentist or even your doctor...
Usually bad oral odors and discoloration is caused by poor condition of teeth, gum diseases and even some digestive problems such as acid reflux... also if you have bad sinus problems, drainage from the back of your nose down into your throat at night can cause the condition.

Do you brush your teeth, and your tongue, there are germs on your tongue you know, you can also use peroxide to clean your mouth, dilute it with alittle bit of water and use it like mouth wash.
If it doesn't go away go to the doctors, brush twice a day or whenever you eat.

Thrush. It could be a yeast infection of the mouth. If so, you need antibiotics.
