I am 16, currently living with my Aunt.

They have threatened my life and slapped the stuffing out of me, but neither have substantial evidence, so nothing can be done.

You can try to contact some form of child protective services in your area. Look in the phone book. Or if you have a trusted family member talk to them and see if they can help (like an uncle, or grandparent). If you are over 16 you can be legally emancipated, which basically means you take core of yourself from now on (I did it when I was 16), but you'll need your parents approval, or a judge to rule you're in an unsafe environment. If possible, talk to your parents and let them know what's going on, or a counselor, or anybody that can really help.

First, how old are you? There are shelters, there is police protection, many options. Look in your local phone book - there is help for everyone in these situations. Friends and other family members may be an option, too. If you honestly feel that your life is threatened, get the hell out of there.

What do they do that makes you feel unsafe? If you are living with your Aunt, just try to limit your contact with your parents as much as possible. If they are doing drugs or they have abused you or molested you, then you should report them to the police and let the cops and the courts sort it all out. You may need to have your aunt designated as your legal guardian so she can get a restraining order on your behalf to keep your parents away from you.

Talk to a trusted adult outside your home. Maybe an aunt or grandparent.
This is your safest option without alienating your family.
Best wishes.
Take care.

It's sort of vague your question. Have you taken the time to talk to them (your parents) and discussed what is bothering you? Have an open forum with them and openly (and always respectfullly!) tell them what is going on.

Move out. Find some friends or other family that you can go to and get out.

find a child advocate and talk to them, they will stand for you and not your parents, but be factual, do not embellish the truth
