You can actually leave it in...the guy can't tell...but if you do take it out..don't leave it out more than three hours. they say it can mess up the hormone release and it won't be as effective.. my advice...leave it in..i've been on it a year and never take it out during.

no, if it is out for more than an hour or so its just like missing your pill. I used the same thing for a while and hated it, it was like playing ring toss in bed. If you need to take it out for sex, use a condom at least, and remember to put it right back in. If it really bothers you (it did me) ask your doctor for a different option.

I was on it before & you are suppose to leave in on during sex because it is a BIRTH CONTROL unless you want to get pregnant

I would say probably yes, but if it's BIRTH CONTROL, why would you take it out? Unless you're planning to get pregnant, leave it in. (Best bet is probably to talk to your doctor.)

I could be wrong but I could have sworn the whole purpose of that is so that you won't get pregnant.But I'm no genius and apparently neither are you.
